Case Study 01 — Universal Music Group

John Lennon Deluxe Edition Box Set

Product Photography · Retouching · Asset Delivery

When Universal Music Group required replacement product imagery for the John Lennon Deluxe Edition Box Set, the brief called for a fast turnaround without compromising the premium presentation of the product.

The previous imagery lacked the depth and visual impact required, so Frame Perfect supported the re-shoot with a focused production approach built around lighting, texture, detail and efficient decision-making.

Working closely with UMG’s creative team, the production was structured to allow real-time feedback and approvals on set, helping streamline the shoot and keep post-production aligned with the final creative direction.

The Outcome

The completed assets were delivered within 24 hours, with the final imagery enhancing the depth, texture and premium quality of the box set.

The first round of post-production was approved by the UMG creative team, allowing the project to move quickly from production through to final delivery.

Case Study 02 Sidemen — Dress To Impress IRL

Medieval Fashion Show Segment

Creative Direction · Runway Coaching · Choreography Support

Frame Perfect was brought in to provide specialist fashion production support for the Medieval Fashion Show segment of the Sidemen’s Dress To Impress IRL production.

Our role was to supply a Creative Director and Choreographer to help shape the runway presentation and support the Sidemen in performing confidently within a fashion-show environment.

The team worked directly with the talent to develop their movement, posture, pacing and runway presence, helping translate the concept into a more convincing and entertaining fashion-show sequence while keeping the tone appropriate for the wider production.

The Outcome

The completed fashion-show segment formed part of the final Dress To Impress IRL production, which went on to achieve 6.2M+ views on YouTube.

The project demonstrates Frame Perfect’s ability to provide targeted specialist creative support to larger productions — bringing fashion-industry expertise into entertainment, branded content and live-format environments.

Case Study 03 — University of the Arts London

Fashion Futurism

Editorial Photography · Fashion Film · AI Motion Content

Fashion Futurism was developed as a multi-format fashion editorial exploring the relationship between fashion, visual storytelling and emerging technology.

Working with six designers, Frame Perfect brought together editorial photography, fashion film and AI motion content within one connected production.

Rather than treating each output as a separate project, the production was structured around a shared creative direction, allowing multiple forms of content to be created from the same visual world.

This approach reflects how Frame Perfect works today: building productions around the overall brief and deliverables, then assembling the right creative specialists and production structure around what the project actually requires.

The Outcome

The production resulted in 20 final editorial images, a fashion film and AI motion content featuring work from six designers.

The completed editorial was subsequently submitted to Scorpio-Jin Magazine, extending the project beyond the production itself and into editorial consideration.
